Lumos Group Homes is dedicated to providing safe, supportive, and stabilizing environments for children and adults in need of transitional housing or crisis respite. We believe every individual deserves a home where they feel valued, understood, and encouraged to grow — and our team works every day to make that possible.


Rooted in compassion and guided by person-centered care, Lumos was built to serve individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs through structure, consistency, and meaningful connection. Our homes are MDH-licensed and located in Cannon Falls, Red Wing, and Apple Valley, offering warm, well-supported settings where healing, growth, and new beginnings can take shape.

Our team receives extensive training to ensure strong 245D compliance, safety, and quality of care in every environment we serve. While we specialize in staffing MDH-licensed homes during this period of growth, Lumos is actively preparing to operate under our own independent licensing — further strengthening the care we provide.
